Visiting Burrows Worksop

Now our Worksop showroom is open again we’d like to reassure all our customers that your visit to our showroom will be extremely safe thanks to a whole host of safety measures we’ve implemented. The Safety of our staff and customers is of absolute paramount importance and is something we take extremely seriously. Below are the many steps we have taken to increase customer safety during your visit to our showroom: 


Showroom Layout - we have made some changes to our showroom layout which help keep you safe whilst visiting us. Upon entering our showroom you’ll immediately notice a sanitisation station which we kindly ask you to use. Gloves are also available for you to use but this is optional. There is a new one-way system which guides you through the showroom.

Social Distancing - here at Burrows we are sticking with the 2-metre rule as we value the safety of our employees and customers and feel adhering to 2 metres is safer than 1 metre. You will notice we have clear floor markings to help with this which we kindly ask you to adhere to.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - it is now mandatory for all customers to wear face coverings when in our showroom. Whilst it is not a compulsory legal requirement for our staff to wear face coverings we strongly believe that it is important for them to do so which is why all our team members will also wear face covering when speaking with our customers.

Customer Interactions - wherever we can we’ll email documentation to our customers for signing to avoid visiting the showroom.

Customer Test Drives - many of our customers want to test drive a vehicle before making a purchase which we completely understand. That’s why we’re delighted to offer unaccompanied test drives. The only thing we require for these test drives is a driving licence, secondary form of ID and a national insurance number.

Used Car Videos - when a customer makes an enquiry on one of our quality used cars one of our Customer Consultants will produce an in depth walk-a-round video showing the vehicle in great detail both inside and out. Once this is sent to the customer, the vehicle will be sanitised and will remain locked until the customer arrives at our dealership to test-drive it.

Hygiene and Sanitisation - here at Burrows we take hygiene and sanitisation very seriously. Anyone who has already visited our showroom will know this. All surfaces are cleaned, disinfected and sanitised on a regular basis every day.

Contactless Payment - in the interests of hygiene we are no longer accepting cash payments. Should you need to make a payment it must now be done via contactless machine, bank transfer or a telephone payment.

Collecting Your New Car - we now only ever have one customer handover in our showroom. A video will be provided for every customer explaining all the features of the vehicle. Our knowledgeable Customer Consultants will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
